Khloe had struggled for years with useless diets until she decided to change her lifestyle radically. She took up exercise, like tough exercise, and started eating healthy. The result was spectacular.

In 2015, a brand new Khloe triumphantly presented to the world her slimmed-down and fabulously toned new body. She’d lost 35 pounds, she announced.

And no, it wasn’t a one-off; she repeated the feat in 2018 when she lost another 33 pounds in a matter of months after giving birth to her daughter, True.

9 Adele

Nobody can beat Adele when it comes to weight loss. Just a few years back, Adele was frequently compared to Princess Fiona from Shrek. The ogre version of Fiona, of course.

However, the singer managed to turn into your typical slender Disney princess by shedding a staggering 90 pounds. It took her a couple of years of rigorous dieting and exhausting high-intensity interval training, but she’s gorgeous today.

It wasn’t just the weight she lost, but also the husband, Simon Konecki, and this dramatic transformation sure does look like her taking her sweet revenge. ‘Look what you’ve lost, man…

When you’ve been in showbiz for many years, you know you have to keep in shape no matter what. Janet Jackson gained a lot of weight when she became pregnant, aged 49.

Early in 2017, the singer welcomed daughter Eissa, but six weeks later, she started an exhausting workout regimen to get ready for her next tour.

In little over six months, Jackson lost 70 pounds and could comfortably fit back into her old stage costumes. Her secret? Focusing more on muscle-building weight lifts rather than your regular cardio.

7 Kate Hudson

When you look at Kate Hudson, you wouldn’t know she’s a mother of three since she has a teenager’s waist and a very fit one at that.

After the birth of baby number three in 2018, the actress announced she wanted to lose 25 pounds in a couple of months.

Not for vanity’s sake, she had a movie lined up, and she had to look the part. She became an ambassador for the widely-popular Weight Watchers program.

Besides watching what she ate, Hudson also hit the gym a minimum of four times a week. She also has a pole at home to exercise in between nappy changes.

Australian actress Rebel Wilson got her big breakthrough by playing Fat Amy in the Pitch Perfect musical film series.

Being overweight paid off big time, but the actress was afraid she would be typecast as the fat chick for the rest of her life and decided to do something about it. 2020 was a terrible year for most people, but not for Wilson, who entertained her fans with updates on her weight loss journey.

She’s not aiming for an anorexic look, as she announced she’d gladly settle for a comfortable 165 pounds.

5 Kirstie Alley

It’s hard to say where Kirstie Alley stands today as she’s the undisputed queen of weight loss. Not that she’s lost the most pounds, but she’s lost them multiple times.

After putting on many pounds in the early 2000s, the actress has spent the past two decades on and off diets.

She’s had remarkable success by losing 75 pounds at one point, but she seems trapped in an endless yo-yo effect.

4 Gabourey Sidibe

Gabourey Sidibe took the world by storm with her widely-acclaimed debut movie Precious. She showed incredible talent, but there was no denying it – she was huge.

By her admission, back in 2009, she tipped the scales at over 300 pounds. Not only did it affect her career prospects, but her extreme weight became life-threatening when the actress was diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes.

She underwent bariatric surgery in 2017, and over the next three years, she lost a staggering 150 pounds. That’s not all.

Her amazing transformation gave her a new sense of confidence and self-esteem, something she’s determined not to lose, which is why she exercises every week now.

Just like Gabourey Sidibe, Mo’Nique’s greatest achievement so far was the 2009 Precious, which won her an Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress.

Compared to her co-star, Mo’Nique wasn’t all that fat, but still… The actress decided to hit the gym to lose some of those extra rolls.

Her routine includes weightlifting and rope-jumping, and she’s managed to shed over 80 pounds so far.

You’d never associate the word fat or even overweight with Jessica Simpson, and that’s because she wouldn’t allow herself to pile on weight.

Like many other celebrities, Jessica went into overdrive to get rid of the excess pounds she gained while pregnant with her third child. She does have a strict diet, but she credits her success in losing weight to her daily walking routine.
